Director

Dr. Carol Hagen

My doctorate is in early childhood education with a minor in history. In addition to directing the Child Development Laboratory, I am a faculty member in the early childhood education program. I began my career as a public school kindergarten and first grade teacher in Wisconsin and have been directing the CDL since 1987. I enjoy traveling and I collect antique toys, especially Victorian tin tea sets.
